The final feedback report was the final monitoring tool developed by Work Package 3 in the GenderTime project. The aim of this report was to allow for the partners to summarize their experiences from the implementation process, with focus on hindering and supporting factors.
Each member of the GenderTime national team was provided with a report template with a set of questions. They then had approxmiately two weeks to individually fill out the templates and send back to the Work Package 3 leaders. What distinguishes this template from the previously developed is the increased focus on baselines, goals/aims and indicators linked to individual actions.
The report gave the opportunity to reflect over the process of implementation and the different phases as well as the specific actions and objectives. As a complement to the monitoring tools used during the first three years this final feedback report also had a focus on the impacts envisioned and goals achieved. The qualitative character of this final feedback report further distinguishes it from the previous feedback reports. Contextualization and situating the experiences in the national context was important.
