GenderTime Toolbox is one of the results of the GenderTime project. It provides a Set of tools developed within the GenderTime project for implementing and monitoring future Gender Equality Action Plans in institutions interested in similar approaches, as well as good practices that give examples of implementation achievements and implementation activities that GenderTime partners have carried out at their institutions in the scope of the project. By combining the concepts of ‚social justice’ and ‚gender justice’ the editors highlighted the fact that even by reaching gender equality in academic and research organisations, social inequalities could and will still remain (like precarious jobs, elitist academic recruitment practices, etc.). Based on results from GenderTime and other EU-funded ‘sister projects’ as well as further studies and practical experiences from Germany and Austria this books discusses strategies on how to overcome social gender injustice.
