This questionnaire, specifically designed for the structure of the UNIPD-GEI, can be used also as a separate tool, avoiding the final calculus of the INDEX, but with the important aim to collect data with a useful criteria and monitor the Gender Equality condition of an academic institution. It can be, even without its operative part, an inspiring tool to build an effective action plan.
The objective of this survey is to monitor and contribute to improving the working conditions and career opportunities of permanent and temporary teaching staff in scientific research by collecting information on the quality of their work, their access to funds for research, scientific issues, space for research, involvement in decision-making and so on.
