The Serbian Ministry of Labour and Social Policy – Gender Equality Directorate has the lead role in monitoring, coordinating and managing the implementation of the Action Plan for implementation of the National Strategy for improving and promoting gender equality 2010-2015. Each Institution is obliged to report about the implementation of the National Strategy within the organization.
Preparing this report is now a common practice.
The Human Resources Department is committed to collaborate with GenderTime team at PUPIN. In the last three years (March 2013, March 2014 and March 2015) the Human Resources Department shared with the team their findings related to gender equality at PUPIN. Furthermore, they agreed to take into consideration our findings about the implementation of gender equality plans at similar research institutions. Thus, some of our suggestions were adopted and included in the document “Plan of measures for the elimination or reduction of unequal gender representation”.
