GenderTime at Harvard

On March 5th 2015 GenderTime members Helen Peterson (Univeristy of Gothenburg) and Jennifer Dahmen (University of Wuppertal) met Victoria Budson, founding Executive Director of the Women and Public Policy Program (WAPPP) at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

WAPPP aims on closing gender gaps in economic opportunity, political participation, health and education by creating knowledge, training leaders and informing public policy and organizational practices.

Together with Victoria Budson they discussed challenges of monitoring gender equality implementation processes and possible interventions. The meeting marks the start of a future knowledge exchange between WAPPP and GenderTime.
